Thank you for shopping with Foundry Living Co. trading as Golden Crest Retail Group Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are committed to providing a considered and reliable experience when purchasing our products online.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Sales & Refund Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

I. Returns (30-day return policy)

We design and curate our collections with care and intention, and we hope you are satisfied with every purchase. However, if your item is not quite right, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return eligibility

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at help@foundrylivingco.com.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Items must be returned in as-new, unused condition

  • Items with damage, stains, scratches, drilling, alterations, or signs of use will not be accepted

  • Items must be returned in original packaging whenever possible

We recommend photographing items and packaging prior to return shipment for your records.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale

  • Display or ex-display items (as stated on product page)

  • Custom-made or made-to-order (“Customised” or “Customisable”) products

Damaged or faulty items

All products should be inspected upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

After this period, claims may not be accepted or may be subject to additional assessment, including potential service, shipping, or replacement costs where applicable.

II. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection

  • Funds are returned to the original payment method where possible

  • Bank processing times may vary depending on provider (typically 3–10 business days)

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

III. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change a product, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

IV. Order changes & cancellations 

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 6 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, changes may no longer be possible.

Discounted orders

If a discount code or promotional voucher was used:

  • Refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid per item

  • Discount value is allocated proportionally across items in the order

  • Discount codes are non-reusable and non-reissued following partial cancellation

V. Pricing, taxes & payment

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on region.

Prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been placed.

You agree to provide valid and authorised payment details at checkout. Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.

VI. Order acceptance

Order confirmation emails are acknowledgment of receipt only and do not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order at our discretion

  • Limit order quantities

  • Request additional verification before processing

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

VII. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on location, logistics providers, and customs processing.

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.

VIII. Product information 

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, imagery, and specifications are accurate.

However:

  • Natural materials and handcrafted production may result in slight variations

  • Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings

  • Minor variations are not considered defects

We reserve the right to update product information or correct errors at any time.

IX. Promotional offers 

From time to time, we may issue promotional codes or vouchers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Vouchers are single-use only

  • Cannot be combined with other offers

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Must be used within the validity period

If a voucher is used on an order that is later partially returned, the discount is applied proportionally across items when calculating refund values.

X. Price protection 

We offer a 14-day price protection policy from the date of purchase.

If a purchased item goes into a direct price reduction within this period, you may request a price adjustment.

This does not apply to:

  • Clearance events

  • Limited-time promotional campaigns

  • Bundle offers or multi-buy promotions
