Warranty
Foundry Living Co. warrants that all sofas are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery and varies by product, as outlined in the table below.
If a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the applicable warranty period, Foundry Living Co. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected component(s). This warranty covers the repair or replacement of products or components with defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover issues arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or the inherent characteristics of the materials used.
1. Submitting a Warranty Request
To submit a warranty request, please contact help@foundrylivingco.com with your order number and photographs clearly showing the issue or defect. Providing detailed images will help us assess your claim as quickly as possible.
2. Warranty Exclusions and Conditions
To maintain warranty coverage, furniture must be used and cared for in accordance with recommended guidelines. Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or the use of harsh chemicals, solvents, detergents, or abrasive products is not covered under this warranty.
The warranty excludes any damage arising from misuse, improper treatment, neglect, accidents, or ordinary wear associated with regular use. Examples include, but are not limited to, stains, burns, cuts, scratches, scuffs, tears, water damage, impressions, and damage caused by pets.
Unless expressly specified for outdoor use, all products are intended for indoor environments only. Products used outdoors are not eligible for warranty coverage.
Any alterations, repairs, or modifications carried out by the purchaser or an unauthorised third party will immediately void this warranty.
Warranty protection is available only to customers who have purchased directly from Foundry Living Co. and does not extend to products obtained through unauthorised sources or secondary sales.
Foundry Living Co. reserves the exclusive right to determine whether a reported issue constitutes a defect in materials or workmanship. All decisions regarding warranty claims, including whether a product or component will be repaired or replaced, are final.
Products or components repaired or replaced under warranty will remain covered only for the balance of the original warranty term and will not receive a new warranty period.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, Foundry Living Co. will cover the reasonable costs associated with replacement parts, materials, labour, and freight.
Personal preferences relating to the firmness, feel, or comfort of a product are subjective in nature and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
If a manufacturing issue is identified after the warranty period has expired, any costs associated with replacement materials, parts, labour, delivery, or transportation will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
