Warranty

Foundry Living Co. warrants that all our sofas are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product, begin on the date of delivery, and are outlined in the table below.

If, during the warranty period, a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, Foundry Living Co. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected part(s). This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product or component with a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, customer misuse, improper handling, or a natural characteristics of the materials used.

1. Claim Procedure

To file a warranty claim, please email support@foundrylivingco.com and include your order number and clear photos showing the defect(s)

2. Limitations and Exceptions

Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your Foundry Living Co. furniture is damaged by detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents—including but not limited to burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet-related damage.

This warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Any modification of the product by the customer or by unauthorized third parties will void this warranty.

This warranty does not cover items not purchased directly from Foundry Living Co. 

Foundry Living Co.’s decision on all issues related to defect complaints—whether regarding workmanship or materials—shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or replace part(s) is at Foundry Living Co.’s sole discretion.

Any item repaired or replaced under this limited warranty will be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

For manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, this warranty covers the cost of material components, replacement parts, labor, and transportation.

Comfort is subjective and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

For manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of material components and replacement parts, as well as any labor and transportation charges.

3. Warranty Period

At Foundry Living Co., the quality of our sofas is of the utmost importance. We conduct rigorous in-house quality inspections to ensure your furniture lasts for years to come. Please refer to the warranty coverage table below:
